Very few people know that I studied abroad in my youth. Although my German was not really good, I was awarded a bursary to study there in 1938. They were very progressive - they even allowed me to take along a few henchmen.

At Youth Camp

Portrait study done of me at a youth camp held in Austria. I was still young and idealistic then. My favourite subject was "Scorched Earth - The Do's and Don'ts".

My boys at the Summer Camp of  '39. They excelled in subjects like "The Rise of the One-Party State", "Diplomacy and Genocide", "Satirical Propoganda" and "Farms - Who Needs it?".
