Bob Box: the final mile

Convenient and reliable fulfilment completes the customer experience. Bob Box is our nationwide network of 220 secure, smart lockers open to all couriers. This network gives customers the freedom to collect parcels when and where it suits them. Crucially, our lockers are battery-powered, ensuring they remain accessible even during loadshedding, tackling a uniquely South African challenge head-on.
